Add a Benefit and Save Money

A Section 125 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a benefit for both employees and their employers. It enables employees to pay for specific health and childcare expenses with pre-tax dollars—and that reduces both your employees' taxes and the employment taxes your company pays.

Employees and employers have three options under the plan:

Premium Only Plan: The basic FSA plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax money to pay for their portion of their health insurance premium.

Healthcare Expense FSA:

Employees set aside pre-tax money to pay for medically necessary healthcare expenses not covered by a health plan. For example, deductibles, co-insurance, co-payments, dental care, vision care or prescriptions, etc.

Dependent Care FSA:

Employees set aside pre-tax money to pay for many dependent and child care expenses.

Manley Services will work with you to resolve any eligibility questions and to explain how to setup your Section 125 FSA.
